Designed to operationalize Agenda for Social Equity 2074, the Quadrant allows A74 to act with coherence across time zones, mandates, and missions. It holds together four interdependent domains of work, each essential to long-term, equity-led development.
A Living Architecture
Rather than separating theory from practice or values from systems, the Quadrant integrates them. It functions as a living architecture, a working model that scales, adapts, and governs without losing direction. It keeps A74 both principled and practical — able to lead with vision, and deliver with precision.
