Who We Are
Agenda 74 Organisation — A74 — was established as a long-horizon governance body with a single overarching purpose: to guide a global shift toward equity-driven development over the next 50 years. It is not an initiative, a policy, or a brand. It is an intercontinental framework for systemic transition — a compass and a council for those who believe that justice must be both measurable and intergenerational.
Our Origins
A74 was born from the convergence of four forces: the European Social Label (EUSL), the Global Social Impact Alliance (GSIA), the Global Social Equity Alliance (GSEA), and the Agenda for Social Equity 2074. Together, they form what we now refer to as the Quadrilateral Council — a strategic assembly with operational reach, moral clarity, and structural ambition. This council did not begin with abstract theory. It emerged from decades of applied innovation in business, public-private cooperation, and rights-based policy.
Our Framework — the Quadrant
The Quadrant is the working architecture of A74. It aligns our missions, governance logic, and long-term goals under a unified model. Each arm of the Quadrant is designed to implement, monitor, and adapt the Agenda for Social Equity 2074 across regions and sectors. It serves as a blueprint for building sustainable, equitable futures through tools like the Social Global Goals, inclusive financing frameworks, and strategic diplomacy.
Our Purpose
At its core, A74 exists to address what others tend to avoid: complexity, duration, and depth. We were created to counteract the structural short-termism that defines most global strategies. While others plan in project cycles, we plan in lifespans. While others focus on the immediate, we focus on the irreversible. A74’s mission is to ensure that transformative change is not just imagined — but implemented, institutionalised, and inherited.
Our Missions
We operate through Pan-Continental Power Plays — large-scale, time-bound missions designed to transform systems rather than merely deliver outputs. These missions are co-owned with local and regional actors and supported by A74’s mobile task forces — agile, time-limited, and high-capacity operational teams. From agricultural resilience in Southern Africa to inclusive digital economies in Asia, each mission is a visible, measurable enactment of Agenda 2074.
